I’m writing to say that our holiday at Novotel Bali Benoa was amazing! We spent 10 nights there – 6 nights in a Beach Cabana and 4 nights in a Pool Villa. The Pool Villa was gorgeous! We fully recommend it to everyone.

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Novotel Bali Benoa, and it will be a day we will never forget. The day was like a fairytale. Yuli, our co-ordinator, did a fantastic job, and I had no stress what-so-ever on the day. The hair and makeup artists (recommended) were fabulous, and the recommended photographer and videographer were outstanding! If anyone wants to have a destination wedding, go to Novotel Bali Benoa and you won’t regret it!

Also, the reception food was fantastic – and so much if it! We had 37 guests, and everyone was happy.

We come from Victoria, Australia and stayed at your hotel from the 6th May to the 12th May.

I chose to enquire about a Wedding at the Novotel Bali Benoa firstly because the Package was itemised and priced on the website and secondly because the hotel itself was listed #1 out of 12 hotels in Tanjung Benoa on the Trip Advisor website.

Right from the initial enquiry Yuli the Wedding coordinator gave thorough, informative and prompt replies, I ended up choosing the Novotel because of these replies.

Yuli was very professional, warm and a pleasure to deal with, what an asset to your establishment.

We found absolutely no fault, no mishap and no misunderstanding with the Wedding preparations, ceremony and dinner. Our expectations were exceeded on every level, enjoying every aspect including decorations, the photography, beach setting, room upgrade, dinner and live music (not to mention the massages and romantic dinner for two which were included as part of the package).

Furthermore we found every single staff member that we interacted with to be smiling, helpful and friendly.

We would not consider staying anywhere else when we return to Bali. We will continue to highly recommend not only your hotel, but the wonderful experience guaranteed by having a Wedding there.

Novotel Bali Benoa is a true Bali gem! A wonderful creation of Balinese style and luxury!

Their staff are trained in prompt, delightful and sincere service to accommodated their guests, and are smiling, knowable and there to help you feel right at home.

The location is perfect for the individual, couples and families with their children; the food has a wonderful reflection of Balinese style and international home cooking.

Novotel Bali Benoa has all the amenities any guest would want to make their stay pleasant.

For our family, your spacious Pool Villa is the perfect place for us to enjoy some privacy and your main pool with the pool beds are beautiful for when we want to enjoy a more social atmosphere.

Being right on the beach is a must for us but why we keep coming back to Novotel Benoa over any other destination is your staff….we just love them all and consider them part of our holiday family.

The Dolphi staff are special women and I completely relax knowing that Septi is so well looked after.

The traditional look of the Novotel Benoa paired with the modern luxury of the facilities makes Novotel Benoa a 10 out of 10.

We loved our stay at the Novotel, the hotel was just the right size not too big and the beach/pool is lovely and shady, the gardens are lush and everything was very clean. If we come back we will definitely stay there again.

What strikes us first arriving at the Novotel Bali Benoa is the architecture. A complete artistic success! And then, we are touched by the warmth of the people. The casting must have been done carefully. And then the program of the cuisine and of social and relaxing activities makes us feel like if we were in heaven.

We stayed in Novotel Bali Benoa for 3 nights in Dec 2009 and I must say that we had a splendid time for our honeymoon. Despite being our first trip to Bali, we were so well taken care of that we feel so at ease with everything there.

The location of the hotel is quite accessible which allow us to rent and drive a car without any difficulty. Of course, if we were ever in doubt, the staff is always ready to help us. The car rental for instance, was arranged with their help. The staff is also very helpful in arranging late check out for us as our flight was in the evening. They even allowed us to freshen up in one of their room after our relaxing spa in the hotel, although we have already check-out.

The photo I have attached is the picture of a regular evening performance put up by the Novotel for the guests. The hotel guests kids are taught the dance in the afternoon and they performed for us, together with the other local dancers. This is indeed a great way to embrace the local culture.

We stayed at the hotel in September 2009 for one week. We spent here our honeymoon. It was fantastic – the best we could wish! We would recommend anyone planning the honeymoon to choose the Novetel Bali Benoa and stay in 1 bedroom pool villa. It is the best place for a romantic, lovely stay only for a two. Everyday we had a fresh fruits, delicious afternoon snack and drinks.

Everything was at the highest level – the staff was perfect, very helpful and friendly, the meal at the restaurants was various and tasty, design of the hotel is very cosy and in the local style. In short we liked our stay very much and would highly recommend to all!
