My Stay at Novotel Bali Benoa
In May 2009 I stayed with 3 close friends (2 from Sydney and 1 from Medan)
at the Novotel Benoa Nusa Dua and was very impressed with the friendly service, the wonderful food, the great location and the wonderful time we had there.
It is a wonderful place to stay with first class facilities for a relaxing holiday and I wish we could have stayed longer than the 7 days we had there. The staff, especially at meal times were so friendly and also the warm smiles throughout each day from the domestic staff, were so inviting and each day was filed with happiness from these beautiful Balinese people.

My stay at Novotel Bali Benoa
We love staying at the Novotel. We have stayed there 4 times now and every time it has been an awesome experience. The pools are great, breakfast really yummy and the massages at the spa are very good – especially the aloevera wrap. We have stayed in the pool villas 3 times and love the outside bathroom and the drop pool. We dont want to stay anywhere else. The staff are fantastic especially Antini and Susi. We are looking forward to our next holiday there in November with our good friends.

We want to say: Thank you so much! We had the best vacation of all at Novotel Benoa Bali! Thank you for your wonderful offer. We never would have expected having vacations at a such a wonderful place for 10 days. And we enjoyed every day: the wonderful bungalow, the traditional enviroment, which we liked very much, the gorgeous kitchen (Thanks to your Chef de cuisine, too!!!!! I will never forget the Beef Bumbu!!!!!), the Aquagym (we are missing it already!!!!) and of course: the wonderful friendly and helpful Staff everywhere: Room-Service, Pool-Staff, Front Desk and all the others – everybody was always friendly, helpful and made us feel not only as guests but as friends. Thank you so much that you made our vacations unforgettable! Of course we will tell everybody that Novotel Bali Benoa is the best address to enjoy vacation!
Some day we will be back: at the NOVOTEL Bali Benoa.

What an exceptional experience at the Novetel Bali Benoa, where everyone was efficient and professional.
Everything was planned for us even the photographer, hair and make up and was executed to the highest level possible.
Your courtesy, friendliness and willingness to assist made our day more special and relaxed than we could have ever imagined.
We would highly recommend anyone planning to be married overseas to do it at the Novetel Bali Benoa.
