Really good! Breakfast buffet and “Beach Side” resort was very nice. Initially we were in the “Garden” area, but the pool is out of order. Some of the meals on the lunch and dinner menu’s were also average and crackers were always stale.

We booked our stay with Novotel Benoa via TripADeal. We ended up paying extra on arrival after being told the pool on the garden side was closed as we wanted easy access to the water. Our terrace room was gorgeous and we were really happy. Service was great, breakfast amazing, pool divine, people wonderful.
